I joined CheckMat Plymouth 3 years ago after I finished rehabitating an injury I sustained prior. It was a really friendly atmosphere with great delivery of technique. I am a new member and I have found it a great place Train. The instructors have done an excellent job of creating a fun and supportive team atmosphere, no egos just good training. I have been training with Checkmat Plymouth for several months after moving to the area and gyms.They have great classes with knowledgeable and experienced instructors. I have really progressed my Jiu Jitsu and during lockdown they had several weekly online classes and drills.
